Return policy

Return conditions for business customers
Have you placed a business order? Then different return conditions apply. The Distance Selling Act does not apply to businesses. When making a business purchase ("Business-to-Business"), a business buyer can, according to the law, be expected to look into the products he wants to purchase for business use. Therefore, fewer rules apply here than when a consumer purchases a product. When an order is returned or cancelled in whole or in part after consultation, a restocking fee may be charged or a return rejected. This restocking fee and condition is requested from our supplier and, upon request, will be sent to you by e-mail, together with return instructions.

Rejection of a return may, for example, be because the packaging has been opened or the product has been specially ordered for you. If a return is approved, you then have 5 working days to return the product. You can request a return request (RMA) via our customer service. Please contact our customer service for the possibilities and conditions. You can reach customer service on working days from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on +3110-5928136.

Some products cannot be returned:

Software whose seal has been broken
Digital products (for example: Licences, software).
Products that fall under the exceptions mentioned in the General Terms and Conditions
Specially ordered and/or manufactured articles
